POWELL, IRENE, 77, b. 02 Feb. 1911, Nelsonville, Ohio, d. 06 Oct 1988. She moved here in 1954. She and her husband. Jack, were the original owners of the Sea Horse Restaurant, now called the Raw Bar.They also owned and operated Powell's Restaurant, now Trail BBQ. They once owned the Harbor Tavern in Charlotte Harbor. She was survived by dau., Jackie (Powell) McPherson; step-bro, Floyd and Sandy Mitchell of Wadsworth, Ohio, and Dick and Max Mitchell of Lakeworth, Ohio; step-sis., Mary Smith; three grandsons and a great-grandchild.
